RECIPES GARLIC
1. Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss 1 lb. potatoes (cut into cubes) with 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. garlic powder. Roast for 20 minutes. Add 2 cloves of peeled and minced garlic and 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese; continue roasting for 10–15 minutes more.
2. Recipe Garlic Butter Shrimp:
Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp, 2 cloves of minced garlic and ¼ tsp. salt. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Garlic Herb Chicken:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish. Rub with 1 tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread 1 cup of minced peeled garlic over the chicken. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. each of dried oregano, thyme and basil. Bake for 25–30 minutes.

Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the cooked pasta and ¼ cup of the reserved cooking water. Simmer for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tbsp. parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
